In 1980, he entered the Ternopil branch of the Lviv Polytechnic Institute. From 1983 to 1986, he continued his studies at the Poltava Engineering and Construction Institute. Upon completion of which he received a diploma of a civil engineer.

From 2007 to 2008, he studied at the Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics, majoring in BTMAS, specializing in "Biotechnical Devices in Prosthetics" and received the qualification of an electronic engineer of biotechnical and medical devices and systems.

From 1982 to 2000, he worked at the Ternopil Combine Plant in engineering and managerial positions.

Since August 2005, he has been employed as the chief engineer of the Ternopil State Experimental Prosthetic and Orthopedic Enterprise (TKEPOP).

2017 – 2018 – chief engineer, acting director of the Lviv State Experimental Enterprise of Mobility and Prosthetics (LKEPZPiP).

Since 2019, he has been the chief engineer of Forward-Ortho LLC.
